What has your doctor advised?
Pravastatin is used to help lower cholesterol and a sudden cessation of it could result in rebound effects, which means you could experience elevated cholesterol levels that may put you in danger, therefore it isn't wise to discontinue it, without your doctor's approval and supervision.
