hi i am 35 yrs old unmaaried gone through operation found fibroid mass in uterus.after that i gone through regular perios but as soon as i join gym it being inregular, doctor says to tk regestrone for 3 month 4 tablets and 2 tablets 3 month.this month i got regular period but when i stop restrone after 2 days of period over, i got sone drops of blood so doc says to take med to stop bleed.i want to ask is my hormone not balanced yet and by stopping restrone is it bleeds.

Yes, the Regestrone may be throwing you off even more than you already were and it will take awhile for your body to adjust to this added hormone, then when you stop taking it, it has to readjust itself to not having it.

How much exercise were you doing? If it was pretty heavy, then that can cause you to skip your menstrual cycle, or for it to become irregular.
