I am flushing them down the commode. I started yesterday at 300 milligrams of neurontin. I had two doses today. I was on percocet 10 mg for 4 months due to a spinal fracture and edema. I had slammed into an object and broke my nose, but the MRI also showed a spinal injury. After reading about all the side effects and experiences of other patients on these medications, i'd rather take the pain.

What side effects are you concerned about? Perhaps those can be addressed to help you feel better/safer about taking it.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
Additionally, please do not flush medications. That causes contamination of our ground water.
