No, I'm sorry, but there is nothing that will work that fast to stop menstruation. The available medications would need to be obtained from a doctor and they take anywhere from 7 to 10 days to stop bleeding.
I wish I could be of more help.
Have you consulted a doctor? If you do so and get on an oral contraceptive, you can use them to delay your cycle. It can't be done once it has started, but if you know ahead of time, you can skip your menstrual week with them.
