FOR LAST 2 DAYS I HAVE LOOSE MOTION TELL ME ABOUT SOME MEDICINE

My age is 24 i have loose motions more than 20 times today.
i have omitte twice today. I took 2 Loperamide Hydrochloride (2 Mg) tablets with buttermilk within a gap of 30 Min, but still my problem persists.
kindly advise suitably at the earliest.
