Stomach Pain And Loose Motions

Hi... My age is 35... From hyderabad, India. I have stomach pain and loose motions from yesterday... Today It reached peak... I went to motions 3 times in 40 mind. I thought cause is outside food. I ate dry chicken and mutton items from last week. I need to wash my tummy completely. Could you please advise advice me on this.

Chutiye, doctor ke pass ja na, lomotil khaana. Iss site pe instant reply thodi aane waala he. Abhi tak loose motion kar Raha he? Aur ye advise advice kya he? Mutton ke saath daaru piya, uska Nasha bhi utra nahi?
