Stomach Pain Loose Motions

i have loose watery motion...oftenly sticky.. blood came three years ago... i've been sufferin wid these motion for last 5 years... when i drink ater it causes pain... i do not feel hungry :D strange but true...

I am 40 years Since 2 years loose motion after 2-3 hr. eating by small pain in lowest portion of belly when eating non veg in launch time. some time i have taken pan-40 due to the same problem. please give the solution. I am diabitish patients before 2 years.
