Stomach Pain Get A Loose Motion

im suffering from stomach ache and loose motions from last 1 month.... even after having the tablets it will be good till 1-2 days the nagain it will get started..... so, can any 1 suggest me the good tablet to have or any natural remedi to use it.......

The best thing to do first would be to look at your diet and try to figure out what may be causing it.

What types of foods do you normally eat?

Are you eating anything new since this has started?

Rather than taking a medication, it is much safer to solve the problem, if you can.
