Have you consulted a doctor?
If not and you have been taking them for that long on an empty stomach, then I suggest you do so, as soon as possible.
Stilpane contains Paracetamol, Codeine, Caffeine and Meprobomate, it used to treat pain.
However, it is not usually meant to be taken for that long of a period of time, especially on an empty stomach. Most of the ingredients in this can cause damage to your stomach lining, if used for a long period of time.
