Stomach Bactria

my stomach is bloated most of the time,i went to the doctor he gave me proton 40mg and i did medical test to make sure if i have a Bactria in my stomach or not. the result came positive so he gave me ospamox 1000mg and metrolag 500mg in addition to the proton for sure!!! is that right to take all these medicines? what are the side effects of all these on the body and if the Bactria will be killed or not after all of that?
