Hallo doctor

I am 65 years old 1.79m tall and normally weigh 90kg.
My weight starting to drop to 84 kg in a short period of time.I uses topzole,stillen , foxair and vasomil medicine daily.What could be the cause of the weigh loss?

Can stillen

I'm not a doctor, but based on my research none of the following medications you've mentioned list weight loss as possible side effect...

Vasomil (Verapamil)
Foxair (Fluticasone + Salmeterol)
Stillen (Eupatilin)
Tozole (Pantoprazole)

Vasomil however, does list "loss of appetite" as under serious side effects that should be reported to your doctor immediately. Have you been experiencing a loss of appetite after taking this particular medication? Outside of this side effect, I can't really determine what might be the cause of your weight loss, unless you've made any sort of changes to your current diet or exercise habits.
