Still Fever After 5 Days On Amox
UpdatedHi all, so I went on antibiotics last week to combat a sinus infection. At the time I started I had a low fever. Now the sinus symptoms have gone, but I still have a fever, and I am very nauseous and light-headed. Is this normal? Could this be a bad reaction to the amox? Help!

Hello, Sara! How are you?
Yes, those can be side effects of antibiotics, occasionally, they can be just as annoying as the infection you were trying to get rid of!!!
You may also experience non-allergic skin rash, headache and diarrhea.
If it worsens, you should consult your prescriber.
Is there anything else I can help with?
