HI, I AM TAKING 14 STILPANE TABS A DAY & I WANT TO STOP. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I AM A MOTHER AND A WIFE.

Please i need help. I m on 30 per day i cannot handle this anymore

My mom has systemic lupus, arthritis, epilepsy and depression to name a few things. She used to abuse antidepressants/sleeping tablets and has attempted suicide a few times with them. She was recently prescribed stilpane and the doctor said she should take 2 at night. But now she's taking 3, maybe 4 at once, 3 times a day and she insists that it's cause she's in pain and that the packet is written that it must be taken 3 times a day, and is disregarding & denying the doctors dosage advise. The problem is that when she is on stilpane she is practically catatonic. She's the walking dead. You can't speak to her, she's delirious, confused, drowsy, confused, etc the WHOLE time. She completely misses days or even weeks of her life. Right now I took 5 packets of stilpane from her possession and she is MAD! She doesn't want to admit that she has a problem but admits that she likes the "feel nothing" feeling that the pills give her.

Maak dan nog een minder na 18 pille vir die volgende 4/5dae. So maak jy jou liggaam geleidelik gewoond aan minder tot jy heeltemal uit jou verslawing is. Wees gedissiplineerd en doelgerig. Jy kom nie agter dat dit minder word nie. Glo my. Dit het goed vir my gewerk.

I took stilpane for 25 years. I used to take 4 to 6 tabs day. For the past 3 years i have weaned myself of it by cutting down gradually. For a month now i have cut it down to half a tablet. The withdrawal symptoms are bad. I have heart palpitations, short breath, sore throat, heartburn, fever, colds. I am so miserable but I have to do this to be free of stilpane. I take cold med without codeine. I urge you all to wean yourself of this curse. It is tough but worth it. Pse try.

Good day I'm addicted to stillpane and used it during my pregnancy.Will it harm my baby and what is the side effects.My baby is 7days old and I'm still swollen in my face and feet'always tired and mouth also become sore and I started vormiting.What is happening to me.Is it the stillpane tabletts causing it'Please advice.

Hi I am on stilpane for the past 20 years. I wish i could find an antidote to leave this tablet it has caused hell in my life. I take 20 to 30 a day.

stilpaynes makes me feel better during my of days. I am a PTSD patient and was diagnized as such. My family do not understand and my husband dont believe me. He stopped me from getting my depression tablets. I am losing weight tremendiosly and is always tired. I sleap bad and akdo look at my grand daughter day and night. How do you keep up with all of this. We stay on a small holding and just want to sleap all the time. I am in my lste 50 s. Life has become too much for me. Not even sleaping tablets help any more. Nobody seems to understands the problem. I am overdue for a holiday. Away from every body. I need hours and hours of rest. I see myself as a good mother and very good grandmother. But caring for 2 minor babies 24/7 now beig too much.PLEÁSE I NEED HELP

Can u help me as my husband is addicted to this still pain it's affecting our marriage he is always high he can't hold down a job I'm afraid also about what this tablet may be doing to his body please help

I take 150stillpain tabs a day and its not that bad been doing it 6 years now

I went to rehab for a more serious drug addiction but was also struggling with a stilpain addiction,thankfully with help of getting detoxed I managed to kick the stilpain addiction so best try that....I used to take 30 a day everyday for 2 years

My daugter is also hooked. I fear for her life. She sleeps all day and becomes agressive. It has ruined our family life.

I don't undrstand how people can get addicted 2 Stilpaine. My family was in a car accidnt many years ago, and we suspect that is where my back and neck got hurt. I was even accused of being addicted 2 other painkillers coz we didn't know the cause of the pain (i used wrong meds- unknowingly). When i stress a lot, i get mucsle spasms in my neck and if i don't 'stop' it in time (2 tablets maybe 3-4 hours apart), it goes over 2 migraine... 3-4 days in bed, THEN i take Stilpaine and an inj. with voltaren, then finally it goes away. Moral and point of my story: i don't take it if i don't have pain.
