I am due for my second inj. of Prolia. I have read that neck pain and stiffness with the feeling also of having a swollen gland in side of neck can occur. I am 79 and do not intend on having a second inj.

I have had Prolia shots for 4-1/2 years. No problem until now. I am having severe neck pain and swelling on the right side of my neck, it is so severe that I cannot function, I have severe chronic osteoporosis, the prolia shots have improved my severely thin bones a lot, should I quit getting the shots? I get the shots every 6 mos.. I also have developed severe indigestion, help!! I also have ear pain on the same side as my neck pain. Thank you for reading.
