Well, just like any medication, it works very well for some people, but since everyone's body is different, there are others that don't get good results from it.

The active ingredient in Staxyn is Vardenafil. Since Vardenafil is used for treating impotence (erectile dysfunction), in my opinion, if it hasn't started working already, I wouldn't think that it would suddenly start working out of no where if you kept using it. Have you talked to your doctor about any other options (maybe natural alternatives)?

Some dosing guidelines for this medication state the following:
"For most people, the recommended starting vardenafil dosage is 10 mg one hour prior to sexual activity. The dosage of vardenafil your healthcare provider recommends will depend on a number of factors, including your age, other medical conditions you may have, and other medications you are currently taking. In order for vardenafil to work properly, you must take it exactly as prescribed."

Also, are you currently taking any other medications with this? If you are, it could be that one medication is interacting with this one in a way that prevents it from working properly.

I hope this info helps!
