If you already had a current prescription and it isn't due to be refilled yet, then you likely won't be able to get a new one filled, either. It's too soon and the pharmacies and government do keep track of this, there's also a good chance that Medicaid keeps track, as well.

Did you report the theft to the police? If so, then you may be able to get your doctor and pharmacy to work something out for, but if not, there isn't much you can do, since it is a controlled substance.
I am sorry that you are out and have to suffer, but these types of medications are very strictly controlled and monitored.
