Starting Savella

I WAS PRESCRIBED SAVELLA FOR NEUROPATHY. I'M NOW ON THE HIGHER DOSE WITH LOTS OF HOT FLASHES. PRETTY FOGGY WITH IT ALSO. AS FAR AS THE PAIN, IT SEEMS TO BE HELPING. I'M HOPING THESE HOT FLASHES SUBSIDE AS TIME GOES BY.

Both of the symptoms you stated can be normal side effects of this medication.

How long have you been taking it, now?

It may take about 2 weeks, or so, but the side effects should start to taper off as your body adjusts to the medication, but can expect to experience them, again, anytime you are given a higher dosage.
