I started my cycle when I only had 2 pills left.. I been on sprintec for a full year and this is the first time this has happened.. I just started my first white pill and I usually start my cycle on my 3rd white pill .. do I need to start a new pack? or just keep taking them

You should just continue taking them as normal, unless your doctor has directed otherwise. Irregular bleeding can happen, occasionally, when taking oral contraceptives.
Other side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability, as reported by the FDA.
