Started Viibryd-feeling Strange

I have been switching from an SNRI (nefazadone) to Viibryd and also take Wellbutrin. Today I got to the point in the taper where I took Viibryd (20mg) + my Wellbutrin w/o my old medicine.

I have this strange sort of anxious feeling...almost like restlessness but I don't feel like I have to move... its like energy sitting on me, or running through my extremities... As I type this I know it sounds freaky weird but I can't exactly describe this feeling. It's an anxious sort of feeling, like there is something I should be doing but forgot, but I am having fear; mood is sort of flat or spaced out.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

I'm not on the same medications, but yes, I have experienced this with the one I'm taking. I'm on Prozac for perimenopause symptoms and I experience these same symptoms any time we raise the dosage. It makes sense, since Viibryd is also an antidepressant, just like the Prozac.

I've usually found things to improve around day 21.

Typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood swings and weight changes.

Have things improved at all, yet?

Curious how you are feeling. I have been on Viibryd for about nine months and just started taking Wellbutrin five days ago. I have had horrible headaches and nausea since starting the Wellbutrin. Hoping things will get better as I know it takes time with any new medication.
