I haven't used this product, nor can I find any actual information on it's ingredients.

However, what I have found are quite a few medical research articles that have proven that they do not actually block the digestion of starches in any way and they have tested many different products, including this one.

In all honestly, there is no miracle product out there that's going to allow you to eat whatever you want and still lose weight, that's just not how it works.

The best and safest way to lose weight is by following a proper diet regimen and getting lots of exercise.
