Staphylex And Duro-tuss Cough Liquid

Can I take Duro-tuss Cough Liquid with Staphylex (flucloxacillin) 500mg that I'm using for a skin infection?

I hope you are having a wonderful day.

According to DailyMed neither Staphylex or Flucloxacillin list each other or their active ingredients as having negative interactions, however, they do state that you should consult your doctor if you plan to take any additional medication. As a general rule of thumb it's better to be safe than sorry.
