I believe I located the pill in description to be a 5 mg Methylin (Methylphenidate) tablet.
Methylphenidate is the most commonly prescribed psychostimulant and is indicated in the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and narcolepsy.
