Sprintec- Getting Prego

I used sprintec for 4 months to prevent getting cysts. I'd miss some days but I came back and took it the next day so I wasn't really taking them how I was supposed to I guess. I'm trying to get prego but I'm not sure how long I should wait. Especially now coz I started my period 2 days after I stopped taking it, what does that mean??

It would be normal to start your period within a few days of stopping oral contraceptives, it would work the same as the week you are taking the inactive pills in the pack.

As to when you should try to get pregnant, you should consult your doctor. Sometimes, it is best to wait a few months, after stopping them, to make sure that your body has reregulated the hormones on its own.
