Spotting Before Period But No Period
UpdatedI have been on birth control for years now and it has been a great experience overall. I’m usually very good about not missing any pills and taking them at a normal time. However last month I experienced all the symptoms i usually get before a period such as cramps and fatigue but never got my period. It was during a stressful time of moving out so I thought maybe that had something to do with it. However, this month I once again began getting cramps toward the end of the pack, but started spotting on the last 2 blue pills of the pack. On the white pills I was spotting less and on the brown pills never got my period. I recently have been working out a lot more and eating healthier and was wondering if that has any effect? My boyfriend and I are sexually actively and use condoms, however the past couple times we didn’t use condoms due to them being packed up in boxes (lame excuse I know). I’m freaking out I may be pregnant, and thought I would ask here first before getting a pregnancy test.
