Spotting 10 Hours After Taking Nordette

I took 4 orange pills of nordette as ecp and the next dose 4 hours late because i fell asleep. i vomited 2 hours after the first dose.10 hours after the second dose now and im experiencing abdominal cramps, nausea and some light spotting/ light bleeding.. my question is, is this my period or just a side effect of the pills?

It is actually hard to say. It could be your period, or a side effect, which the NIH lists as also possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and PMS-like symptoms.

Has it turned into a full flow, or are you still just spotting?
