Sporidex Af 750 Dosage

I was given Sporidex-AF 750. I have got a throat infection and the doctor has prescribed me to take them twice a day. I am afraid to take 2 tablets of 750 mg in a day. Please tell me, what possible side effect I can have? Also is taking 2 tablets okay or not?
