Spinal Stenosis

I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and I have a knot on my upper back and neck. I was wondering if this could cause painful tension headaches, neck pain, as well as facial flushing, it looks like I have been in a tanning bed.

The other symptoms you've listed can be symptoms of it, but they should kind of come and go, especially when at rest, as reported by the NIH.

However, the flushing is not a normal symptom. Are you on any medications?
