Spasmonil For Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea

Just wondered if this drug works for both for stomach cramps and diarrhea?

Spasmonil is listed as containing Dicyclomine and Dimethicone, it is used to treat conditions such as intestinal hypermotility and IBS. It can calm the muscle spasms in the bowel.

That said, it will not treat diarrhea.
