This madicine was freely available in Saudi Arabia, but it is stopped here now, It was a very good medicine for my stomach. What would be reason for stopping it here in the Kingdom, Is there any adverse affect?

Had bad cramps and constipation while in Ecuador. Doc gave me spasmo canulase. She had me take one tab 3 times daily -- my problems were solved after only two tabs. Would love to be able to get it in the US. Guess I'll try to find it on my next trip abroad.

I've been using spasmo canulase for years. It has no side effect what so ever.
Unfortunately the medicine is out of stock in UAE. I don't know why. They say discontinue. Means Novartis won't make it again. Does anybody know if there is an equivalent?

Try Spasmo Digestine. It is not as good but it helps.

Hello. I've tried to fill a prescription for Spasmo-canulase from both Dischem and Clicks pharmacies and was told that this product is no longer available. Please could you tell me why it's no longer available? Is there a substitute you can recommend? Thank you.

Is it true that Spasmo Canulase no longer exists in the market and that it has been phased out since October, 2012? I live in the Philippines and I am missing this medicine terribly! Let me know please if the information I got from my pharmacies is a fact!
