Need a pain dr. in south Georgia ASAP. Needing a doctor that can prescribe sufficient amounts of pain medication so that I can function. I have a lot of back problems compounded by fibromyalgia and so on.

I’m in Albany Georgia, visiting from the UK and looking for a doctor to prescribe me tablets that I've lost in traveling. They were pain medication and an antidepressant, but obviously I don’t have insurance as I’m only here on a break.

I was reading this forum because I'm trying to find a doctor around southern Georgia who will prescribe me oxycodone 30s. I have my MRI and medical records and pharmacy records that I've been getting in the past but my doctor is no longer in practice so I'm trying to find a new doctor. I'm disabled and have nerve damage and have a hard time getting around with my walker. If you could please help me out I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you. {edited for privacy}

You’re unbelievable. The nerve of you to be so judgmental and then say H may make a comeback when there are folks who live in constant pain daily struggling to have some quality of life. Clearly you don’t know what that feels like, and heaven help you if you should ever suffer a trauma with lasting results and are unable to get help.

I'm in need of a good compassionate Dr in south Ga area. Around the Tifton area. I'm dealing with Severe Neuropathy pain in my feet & legs which I have 24/7. Just got out of an abusive relationship where he would not give me money to go to the Dr. An er Dr put me on Neurontin which has helped lessen the effects but I can't even hardly walk. I don't sleep much. I'm not on any pain meds other than Tylenol. I'm desperate for help. I have fallen down a flight of mountain stone steps & pretty sure I fractured my sacral bone but wasn't allowed to go yo hospital or Dr. It has fused together I'm sure. I have other back injuries. I would appreciate any suggestions. I am miserable.

I see his signs everywhere, I looked him up and he looked a bit older, so I wondered if he would be "helpful" . Thanks for the information. I ended up going to a doc in Woodstock, so far some help but not a ton I also have 15 pinched nerves and a chiari malformation in my brain so I think that helps

Hey I was wondering if u ever found a dr. I just moved to Saint Mary's. I broke my neck ribs shoulder and bith knees. I need a dr that would be liberal with their scripts. I'm originally from south florida. Please help.

Thank you @youreanaddict. These posts are quite comical. I love how they put there when health history out there. Like I give a damn. Obviously the Dr doesn't believe it or they wouldn't have a problem. And who in the hell would give out their Dr's name. That would be so dumb. Then the poor Dr office would be flooded with addicts. People looking for liberal Dr's is hilarious. I'm so sick of addicts. It doesn't affect my meds but damn. DDD people as you get older everyone has this issue. You don't need a boat load of narcotics for relief. Leave the Dr's to the real patients. Boom. Dropping my mic.

I live. In eatonton ga and need help finding a doc. My Dr of 34years recently retired and I just moved to ga from NC and I take a HEAVY amount of pain meds but the folks here in ga don't want to write for the amount I've been taking for years. Help 31024

New doc cut my methadone dosage 50 percent. Incapasitating pain.. Have very rare and very profound CNS injury. 1 specialist I've found in 20 years and he's at johns Hopkins in Balt. Maryland. Im in Sw GA. Can't find a Dr with any common sense.

Hi, I live in georgia and I am looking for a libural pain doctor. The reason being is I am under 30 and doctors hesitate to write pain meds to people under 30. I have nerve dammage from a surgery on my left leg and sever Tendinitis in my hip and knee that constantly comes and goes. Its very painful to walk most days. I was getting 120 perc 7.5s a month then my dr changed it to 60 hydrocodone a month wich dosnt help. I really need 90 to help with the pain but because I am under 30 they do not want to write me more. Please let me know of any drs in georgia that will help. Im tired of not being able to do things and be normal.
