Sonata For Sleep
UpdatedDr. put me on sonata 10 mg for insomnia, but I feel it puts me to sleep sometimes. However I wake up few times a night and getting less quality sleep, feel less functional next day because of less quality sleep. It has a 1 hr half life and is the mildest of all. I want to ask to try a diff sleeping pill, but nothing strong like ambien. Maybe lunesta? I don't want a next day hangover from one either. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Hello, Ash! How are you?
Lunesta could be a good choice to try next. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, funny taste in mouth, headache and cold symptoms.
Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?
