Sompraz-L contains Esomeprazole and Levosulpiride, which is what the L designates.

This is a combination medication that reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach and increases intestinal motility by increasing the frequency of contractions in the small intestine.

This medication is time released and is usually taken once a day on an empty stomach, at least an hour before eating.
