My mom is 50+ yrs old ... she has 50% block accordingvto angiogram. She recently got urin infection .. she is on medication. Now her legs and body are swelling and she is in pain.. she is adived by doc to take medicins fesovit,Sompraz,febuxostat,korandil tablets ... intitially she was asked to take amlodipine tablet but now she stopped taking .... we r very much worried .please help us

From what I understand, sompraz d 40 may be taken both before and after food. Is this true? I am presently feeling heaviness in my stomach and gas is not passing. Can sompraz do the job if I have eaten food 15 minutes prior to dosing? Please advise.

Sounds like this is a sulpha compounded antibiotic for infection. Used a lot for staph infections. These areas needed to be cleaned frequently with a good antibacterial wash and dried thoroughly. Do not cover unless draining. May apply a minimal amount of antibacterial oint. Needs to be kept clean and dry. Once you have this type of infection in your body you will always be susceptible, so any type of bite or cut must be cared for. Use antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer. Good luck, these infections can get nasty and painful.

I am getting small boils with little pus on my leg frequently..when I consulted doctor he said its because of gastric and gave sompraz d40 along with other medicine. if its not taken care it becomes very big wound with more pus. now when am I supposed to take this d40? and what should I take along with that
