Sneezing Continuosly In The Morning Time

i have a problem of sneezing for a while and i consulted doctor and he told mild synus and i took medication for two months and it was ok till 6 months after that again it started .
I want to get rid of this problem and what i should avoid and what habits will make me get rid of this problem. Please someone help.
I am from india and currently working in kuwait.

There are various issues that could cause this, but the most common one listed by the NIH is nasal allergies and, if that is what's causing you, you'll most likely need to take an antihistamine. Since it took 6 months for it to return, that also leads me to suspect it may be allergies, because that's rather seasonal.

What mediation did he have you take for that 2 month period?
