Smallest Buprenorphine Pill Available 2022?

I had been taking suboxone for over 4 years but was recently switched to the buprenorphine without the naloxone because of my severe renal impairment. This also causes me a lot of nausea and vomiting, so the switch actually helped me a lot, but still these pills I get at my pharmacy are so big I have issues getting them down properly. I know they discontinued the really tiny ones, but does anyone know of a manufacturer who is currently making a smaller version? I'm currently taking the RP/b8 ones. I'm supposed to get my refill in a few days and I'd really like to switch, so any thoughts or info on this would be helpful, thank you!

You're supposed to take them sublingual not swallow (suck them under tongue till they dissolve) hold in your mouth for about 10 minutes. Don't swallow tablet.

I don't swallow it, it is just so big and takes so long to dissolve is my issue. When I am in the hospital for a stay they give me these tiny ones and they are sooo much easier for me to take and dissolve properly

I have patch script from my pain mismanagement dr ... they come in 10-15 & 20 ... unfortunately they are once a week application... I have to move mine 2-3 times so I put on leg ... first time they stick good but they create an itch so i need to move it .... when i move it i wrap it with that stretch wrap that the hospitals use to hold bandages & iv in arm thet are like 75 cents a roll on Amazon when i bought a 24 roll box .... you can get 4-5 moves per roll depending on leg size ... patch name is butrans...... hope this helps
