This pill was given to me as a substitute for Ativan 2pm per pill I bought it over the Internet and it arrived in an enbelope several days later.

Yes, these are confirmed as containing 2mgs of Lorazepam, the active ingredient in Ativan and made by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and irritability.
