Hi Richard,
Based on the description provided, the only match I'm finding that even remotely resembles this is a 250mg Penicillin VK tablet; which happens to be a small white oval pill with S 20 on one side and blank on the other.
Depending on where or who you got your pill from, would also help determine whether or not it may be fake... as there are numerous counterfeits going around the country in order to meet the ever increasing street demands for both steroids and pain meds alike. So it really just comes down to whether or not you can trust the person/place you purchased it from. And because it's obviously not legal without an Rx, that right there makes it a prime suspect for being fake right off the bat.
Does anyone else here recognize this pill as being something different?
