The marked you call hashed (whatever that is!) is a score line to make it easier to break or cut the pill and split the dosage if necessary.

This is Promethazine 25mgs, a generic for Phenergan, this is an antihistamine, it can be used to alleviate some allergic reactions, calm some edgy people, and also help prevent nausea.
