Small Round, Pink Pill W/ "18" Printed In Black On 1 Side, Blank On Other...????
UpdatedI am trying to figure out what pill this is that my 8 yr old step-daughter takes. I have used tons of pill ID websites, looked at over 400 different pictures of pills and found NO matches. She used to take Focalin, then was switched to Concerta 18mg...now she has this very small, round, dark pink/pink/maybe peach-ish colored, solid tablet, no scores, and blank on one side and "18" printed in black on the other side. This is weirding me out that I cant identify it!! Thank for any info!

I take the same medication as your stepdaughter. I just picked up a refill bottle today, and it looks just like you described (small, round and pink with a black "18" on one side). I called the pharmacy to double check and it is a generic of Concerta 18mg
Thank you Jeff, I REALLY appreciate it!!! Mystery is solved! ;)
Re: Jeff (# 1)
I was just reading this post. I don’t know what to think, in one aspect this puts me at ease. I’m currently impatient in a hospital not for psych meds but because I have picked up a systemic staff infection (Mrsa), long story short I’m receiving iv antibiotics. I have taken concerta or methylphenidate er 54mg for 7(+) years and when I got here they attempted to swap over all my medications to match what I take at home. The hospital dr. said you really shouldn’t need any Ritalin here because you're not required to focus on anything. I explained that I take concerta but in reality yes it is Ritalin but extended release. So first off I got the concerta 18mg that said Aziza like the original brand name concerta used to, but only 2 tablets to equal 36mg. I didn’t b**** knowing this is only 36mg not my usual dose of 54mg but I’m planning to address this when I get out with my psychiatrist and have it adjusted back. Then 3 days ago the concerta brand name that I had been familiar with changed into this tiny pink tablet with the #18 on only one side with no other identification markers. Reading this makes me feel half at ease but I feel like it doesn’t work which pisses me off. Could this hospital have pulled a bait and switch on me? They have to legally tell me what meds they have changed..correct?? Any feedback is helpful and welcomed. Thanks...
