I have a small round pill with no other markings but A - 102 on one side only. What is this pill and what is it used for?

You didn't mention what color your pill was, but a small round white pill with A 102 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as Bupropion ER (300mg); an antidepressant medication.
