Small Round Peach Pill With Imprint 978

I found a small round peach pill on the carpet with a 978 on one side and either a 9 or a b on other side. I believe it is a pain pill. Does anyone know for sure?

This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and is actually from a pack of oral contraceptives.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms.
