I have a generic low dose Aspirin bottle containing small pinkish/peach coated pills with L marked on one side & no score. Double checking what they are before use. I lost my code book I keep to deter potential theft. I disguise for a reason.

That does meet the description of an 81mg, aka low dose, Aspirin tablet.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of Aspirin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
