My guess is that it was an error, the tablet in question contains 2.5mgs of Glyburide. They were probably working to fill several orders of the same medication and one in a different dosage accidentally ended up in the wrong packaging.

You should report it to them, that way they can be more careful in the future. Since this is the same medication, it isn't necessarily a dangerous mix up, though someone may have some problems since it isn't the proper dosage, but if this happened with the wrong medication, there could be serious issues involved.
