This tablet is manufactured by Northstar RX, the full marking is S 521 and they list it as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine. I have a bottle of these, so the shape you described gave it away.

The FDA classifies Cetirizine as an antihistamine, it is available over the counter and is used to treat or prevent allergies. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.
