Hi, I am currently recovering from surgery in Thailand and needed more xanax to sleep, so went to a pharmacy. She described these pills as being similar to xanax, but I can't find any info on them. They are about 0.8cm long, 0.4cm in width. Scored on one side, "C O" on the other, pale yellow and convex on both sides.

I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find any listings for these, either. The identity of foreign pills can be difficult to find, since the are not regulated as strictly as those in the U.S.
Have you tried asking the pharmacist for most specifics on exactly what they contain?
They may be Clonazepam, with the CO on them, but I can't be certain of that. It is a Benzodiazepine, so the same drug class as Xanax.
