i have found a white pill that is slightly small. it's oblong. It looks like it has an A or a triangle with a line through the triangle. It also has a M on the same side as the Symobol. both sides of the pill has a line in the middle. there are no numbers or letters on the other side. the triangle and the m are the only imprint on this pill.

From what I can find, this contains 25mgs of controlled release Metoprolol, the active ingredient in Toprol XL, this is a beta blocker used to treat high blood pressure and other cardiac diseases.
Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach pain.

That is exactly what that is. I'm prescribed the medication. It is metoprolol 25 mg er. A beta blocker.
