Small Round White Pill Flattened Edges M15

I found a small white pill with m 15 on one side. While the pill is circular, and the front and back are rounded, the edges are flattened. Any information on what this pill is would be extremely helpful.

This seems to meet the description of 0.025mgs of Atropine. It serves several different medical uses.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness and dizziness.
