i found a white round pill with an L starting on it but if theres anything else on it i cant tell cause its scratched off about the size of a perk 30 mg but i havnt seen one starting with an L and no lines on either side

With such a vague imprint, there is no way to be 100% certain, but there is an over the counter 325mg Aspirin tablet that has this marking. It's a generic or store brand.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, drowsiness and stomach irritation.
