My finding does not pose an exact match to your description, but represents the closest match I could find using the imprint "P O-M" (no results came up with O-W).

The imprint P O-M is identified as "Ortho tri-cyclen lo inert". The active ingredients in this pill are ethinyl estradiol + norgestimate, which are used to treat birth control.
