Small Round Peach-colored Pill 2.5 Heart Logo

I found this pill on the floor in my home and I would like to find out what it is. It's a small, round, peach-colored pill that has 2.5 on one side and a heart-shaped logo on the other side. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

This is a Canadian tablet manufactured by PharmaScience, but it is difficult to determine exactly which one of their products it is. They actually have several with similar markings and colors.

The closest I can find is a 2.5mg Medroxyprogesterone tablet, which is a hormone replacement pill.
